"The full breakfast and afternoon happy hour made our stay here truly wonderful. (Wayne in particular was a stand out during happy hour!) A memorable visit to Savannah and The Marshall House was a big part of the reason why we enjoyed it so much. We had a balcony room and it was a unique experience to climb out and rock on those chairs overlooking Broughton Street. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Older property, like most properties in Savannah. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The Live Oak Canopy room was nice. We had our own covered deck with pool view and the grand oak tree! It is pay parking , unless you’re lucky enough to get street parking."

"We enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning was turned up so high, and there was a vent over our bed blowing cold air on us all night long, which made it a little uncomfortable. I’m not a huge fan of the self check in. I stay at bed-and-breakfasts to be welcomed by a person. We had a bit of an issue, gaining Entry and had to call the number given. "The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is walkable to all the main attractions. The management is attentive to the needs of guests. The pool and bar on the rooftop provides beautiful view of the city."

"Everything was too natch and amazing!! We had the largest room in the place and it was fantastic. The staff was great and very friendly. The only real disappointment was the free breakfast was a little under satisfactory for the price of the room."

"Mgr reception was very nice. River view amazing. Property is central to everything. Cool to stay in this historic building. Discounts for local dining included. Not the least expensive, however it was well worth it!"

"The hotel and staff were very good and accommodating. Unfortunately the first night was very disruptive due to outside noise. The hotel is located downtown and the vehicle noise racing around the square with loud engine noise occurred until 4 am. While it’s not the hotels fault I won’t stay downtown Savannah again."
