"Extremely frustrated that on all platforms this hotel promotes an indoor pool and hot tub facilities, restaurant when upon arrival for our 3 night stay we’re told it’s closed for maintenance for past three years!! No reduction no compensation for this was offered. Breakfast included, advertised pictures of eggs Benedict and many other options, yet reality was same every three days, scrambled eggs-extremely greasy bacon, pancakes dry cereal, coffee machine out of order and only one person running the kitchen and bringing the food out. Poor guy was run off his feet back and forth trying to cook and refill the three hot server containers.
With a hotel at full capacity it’s poor management not to ensure adequate staff present to serve the guests.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, good location."
