"The hotel staff was very helpful and kind to our dog. The hotel is in a run down part of Paris but the metro is close. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again."

"SO SO warm and the bathrooms smelled awful. Beds were also not comfortable, and traffic from the window was very loud! We ended up switching hotels part of the way through our trip because we couldn’t do it anymore. Fairly clean and staff was helpful though! It’s about a 8 minute walk from the metro and is easy to get places, still a bit of a ways if you want to just go from stop to stop!"

"overall i think the staff were the most disappointing- the staff gave the energy you were the worst burden of their life. i know english can be a task - but belittling eng speakers and make them feel less than is not customary in any language. or, maybe it was because i am gay checking in with my husband and the staff were homophobic? maybe? the staff were awful, mean, made us feel like we were less than, made us feel like we the biggest burden. absolutely definitely wouldn’t recommend for lgbt travellers - do better"

"Beautiful hotel. A bit tricky to navigate with a bit of an odd layout and spiral stairs that can be hard to get heavy luggage up and down, but very beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has a/c and feels more modern. Only thoughts were: 1. It was freezing, I tried to turn the a/c down it was so cold. I even started to get a bit of a stuffy nose from the cold. All-in-all with it being 28 degrees outside it wasn't the worst problem to have. 2. The tv didn't work. Again, not a huge deal. I didn't go the Paris to watch TV 3. The double bed was essentially two twin beds put together. As someone who sleeps in the middle this was tricky at night as they separated a bit. But again, not a major problem. I bet it would be easier for couples. Great spot, super convenient and really excellent staff."

"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"
