"Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. "The front desk associate was very sweet and kind. She handled a lot of distressed guests because it was 4th of July and ZERO parking spaces...valet and garage included. The placed was packed...even lines for the elevator. At least the employees were helpful and very upbeat and kind in the face of some very challenging situations."

"The front clerks were very professional and inviting. The coffee was available 24/7 freshly ground. The lobby was clean, the linens were clean and the carpet was very clean. The refrigerator actually froze the water and kept the food refrigerated. Towels were changed out each day. I was surprised that they were kept clean even when pets were allowed. "The hotel is clean snd well maintained. But staff at front desk are less than helpful. They do not care and some what go with skin color i guess. Breakfast is ok same old tired things everyday. When you are charging $150 more than your neighbors do better. On top of it valet parking only option in a garage next door, thats $28/day, pathetic attempt to fleece customers as much as possible its a scam. Just be aware that the hotel offers complementary bikes, but they are not in conditions to be used flat tires and have rust and very dusty bikes. Mind you they have two good bikes in the front that they don’t allow you to use."
