The rooms are dated, served the purpose we needed it for as we wanted to sleep before travelling further. Food for someone in England I wouldn’t be able to eat. "Quiet and easy going place. You wilk enjoy peace and quiet and there are good restaurants near by. Far to 7 eleven and ATM, but your host or some neighbor will take you there. Breakfast was so so. Ok toast, but jam not good. Eggs were so so. We enjoyed everything else big time. Also, the restaurant with the beach site has good pot and good prices (if you are interested). Good for kids also, safe and little traffic. We loved it ❤️ "

"The staff are absolutely lovely, really kind & friendly. Breakfast is decent, eggs cooked to order & lovely juice / fruits but terrible coffee. The location is great, on a quiet road in the countryside & just 15 min or so walk from beach & restaurants. Chumphon is a 20-25 minute drive. The room (cottage) is super basic & not worth the high price, the bed was so hard! It is clean & functional though & you get a nice little deck. The property was once clearly beautiful with great facilities but sadly everything is run down, to the point of dangerous in places. The main pool has broken tiles around it & the liner is damaged, the loungers are rotting & the cushions on them are horrible.. the small pool is now just a pond in the seemingly abandoned garden area. The main pool was so full of bugs it was not really nice to swim, on the last morning it was thoroughly cleaned but unfortunately it took all morning in prime swimming time & meant I couldn't use it before I left! :( Overall I wouldn't recommend it at the price, if it was half then I would for sure! "
