Hotel murah di Saybrook

"Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool were a plus. The desk receptionist was very kind and engaged with my son. Great variety of food available for breakfast. Overall great stay!"

"This is a value option in its vicinity. The property is a decommissioned military barracks, so although the room was perfectly serviceable — comfortable bed, clean bathroom, quiet, etc. — the surroundings might be a work in progress."

"Room appeared clean, bathroom door knob was very loose and did not lock, breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk, instant oatmeal with no available water or milk to mix it with, there was syrup but no waffle maker, they did have yogurt, 1 apple and 1 orange, and a bottle of orange juice if you wanted to pour yourself a cup of juice. Oh they also had pieces of bread put into ziplock bags and a toaster plenty of jelly and butter"

"Great hotel, stayed twice"

"The room didn't have any ventilation. A lot of gnats and the carpet on the floor had a lot of moisture and dirty. Like they took a dirty mop and wiped the carpet with it. I couldn't wait to leave. I wouldn't stay again!"

"Great property! The hotel was pristine clean! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. You pay about $20 a person where we live on Galveston Island for a breakfast like that. So many choices and everything was freshly prepared. We were definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.."

"Nice location, plenty of space in the Loft room, and appreciate being pet friendly. The towels need an upgrade as does some of the interior. Breakfast is convenient and daily drink at the Bar is nice."

"Overall, the place was clean, just an older hotel. The lights did not work in the bathroom or the bedroom and no one fixed them during the 5 night stay. The pool was shut down as well."

"The room was clean, but it was very stuffy. The AC was not super effective. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were terrible. We went to eat somewhere else."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards."

"Hotel is a dirty disappointment. Needs a ton of maintenance. Pool was closed by health department. Room was only half cleaned. Left dirty towels and glasses. Room noisy from squeaking floors. Hallway carpets dirty. Poor breakfast choices."
