Hotel murah di Scalvaia

"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente"

"Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. "Struttura nel complesso discreta, camere con mobili vecchi ma pulita, colazione piuttosto varia e buona"

"There were damages on the Mosquito nets."

"From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return."

"Absolutely amazing villa. So peaceful and beautiful. The staff was so attentive and friendly, helped with everything we needed. Plus the views of the vineyards from the villa was just perfect. The villa felt pristine. Everything perfectly crafted for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more."
