"The Staff were very helpful and coordinated shuttle services to and from the airport as well as to our car rental. So helpful and the driver was very friendly. Breakfast was great! There was something for everyone and the serving staff was 10/10! Very well done."

It was noticeable that some wall patchwork had recently been done in the room, but it didn't affect our stay. The biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the property outside the room. There was quite a bit of dust and several cobwebs throughout the property that could use some attention. The staff member on duty deserves recognition. They were incredibly friendly...

"Went there for family matter and graduation. Check-in process was quite uneventful. In general the hotel is quiet including bedrooms area regardless the maintenance that they were doing that day. We arrived on a Friday of a graduation weekend so it’s pretty busy but everything is in order. The neighbourhood. (Battle Ground) is very quiet and quite safe, although they do lock the main entrance at night. Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features....

"The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. We just took the sheet off and put an old blanket from my car on the bed. The next morning I brought the sheet to the front desk before we...

"My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying."
