Très agréable de jouer sur le piano de l hôtel et sur lequel Michael Jackson a joué. Devrait afficher plus grand que Michaël Jackson a joué sur ce piano !
Rare les personnes qui en prennent connaissance…Dommage que des jeunes enfants ne sachant pas jouer ,jouent sans surveillance d’un adulte.Nous avons apprécié jouer sur ce magnifique piano .
Aussi les bouteilles d’eau près du poste d’accueil pas souvent fraîche , eau tiède ! De petites choses qui...

"Room was generous in size , bed & pillows very comfortable, full kitchen , 2 tv's , big balcony but it does need a couple of sun loungers .. staff on reception nice , parking should be included in room rate .... apart from these couple of niggles all else was spot on "

Staff is very friendly, especially the senior guy (forgot to ask his name)
Location is very good, just across Hay Street Mall
Room is clean, although there is a slight smell of old carpet
Bathroom is clean & bright
Bedroom is great & the bed is very comfortable

"Over all happy with this short stay, the room was lovely with lots of storage, and small fridge/ kitchenette that worked well and a decent sized bathroom with a bath.
The only con with our stay was actually the bed, while it was sized well it was a little uncomfortable
It felt like we were laying on a jelly stack.
Every move from the other person was felt and the bed was on wheels with no locks so the bed felt like it was rolling away with every turn."

"The place was exactly as described nice small quiet caravan park. Close to midland and bus stop if you preferred right out the front to take you into the shopping district or train station.
Room was as expected i took a single room it was clean and everything i could need for a few days stay."

"Honestly no, the room was not clean. There was a soya sauce cap behind the curtain, what looked like cat/dog fur on the carpet and a burnt out globe in the bedside lamp.
Whilst presentable, I'm not sure 4 star is where we should be for an Accor hotel. "
