"Very clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff! Breakfast buffet had a diverse array of options. The only negative point that comes to my mind is that the chairs in the breakfast serving area (the green house) were really dirty with food and beverage stains. All in all, very nice experience and stay!"

"It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready...
