"Wir waren schon öfter im Hotel Arte. Früher hatte es noch eine kleine Sauna und eine Reception mit persönlichem Empfang, welches wir sehr schätzten. Wir erhielten einen falschen Türcode zugestellt. Das Problem konnte aber dank telefonischem Support schnell gelöst werden. Die Zimmet sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir vermissten das gute Restaurant. Das gibt es auch nicht mehr, Schade!"

"I loved staying at Alma. I was a bit skeptical at the time of the booking because some reviews and the pictures don’t do justice to this beautiful place at all. The place is clean, well decorated, the room is spacious, the breakfast was top of the line, the staff is friendly, the location is prime. "Nice place located in a quiet suburb of Zurich and about 10 minutes from the airport. Our room was incredibly spacious for 4 guests and clean. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for dinner. Downside was that the loft area for the kids is quite small and we had the window open since there is no air conditioning. "Quarto relativamente pequeno, porém, limpo, confortável, com boa roupa de cama e frigobar. Chuveiro muito bom, com bons produtos de higiene. Ar condicionado salvou no calorão do verão (só era um pouco barulhento). Localização muito boa, próximo à estação de trem (fomos e voltamos a pé durante o dia e de madrugada). A região em si é um pouco “decadente”, porém sem qualquer perigo. Supermercado COOP literalmente embaixo do hotel. Pontos de ônibus e tram logo na esquina. Definitivamente recomendo!"

"The hotel was very nice, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff - we were greeted, seated, and served cappuccino within a minute of arriving each morning. The included breakfast was always fresh and very good. We would love to return the next time we’re in Zurich!"
