"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch. My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night. With the current opening hours, however, the spa really needs to be used before dinner. The last thing you want to do is get dressed again and head back out for the evening. Extending the spa hours would make a significant difference to the overall experience and, in my opinion, would make the additional cost much easier to justify. I unfortunately did not feel that I was able to fully enjoy the facility. Another consideration, particularly for summer visitors, is the lack of AC. This seems to be quite common in Austrian accommodation, but during warmer weather I would find it difficult to sleep comfortably without it. For a summer stay, I would recommend confirming that your accommodation has AC if this is important to you. Overall, the property has several nice features but the early spa closing time and lack of air conditioning are important considerations when deciding whether it is the right choice for your stay."

"Beautiful hotel once you get used to the maze and bunker style halls ways. If you haven't got a car getting to a from town is either 30 or 10 mins depending on which route you take. The 10 mins is a steep path. You'll need some fitness."

The apartment can accommodate two adults and four children under 15 years old. Storage space is limited and cannot hold many suitcases (four large suitcases). The kitchen is fully equipped. "Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we were tired after being very active all day and would have preferred not to have to walk back into town and then back up the hill to the hotel. However breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Everyone was very helpful and gave us great service. We have had a very enjoyable stay."
