"Really wonderful property with great breakfast and comfy beds. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful. For example I had left my phone in a service station in Germany, the owners rang the service station for us, communicated where I had left it and even arranged for us to pick it up on our return trip! "The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet."

"Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles, sogar Spülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden.
Bisl laut aber nur, weil das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist, sonst ist die Lage perfekt!
Schade, dass Pool und saune nur bis 20 Uhr offen haben. Oft ist man den ganzen Tag unterwegs und schafft nicht in die saune zu gehen oder einfach zu entspannen.
Ansonsten alles super!"

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. "

Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time.
Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great.
