"We had some difficulty FINDING the hotel from the train station in the airport..
All the directions told us to go down the escalators.. since we had several pieces of baggage we could not go down the escalator and NO ONE told us there was an elevator that we could take. we ended up paying a cab ( who took us to the wrong Intercity hotel) and then another cab back to the correct Intercity hotel. "Todo relativamente bien hay que ser honestos muy padre hotel pero el aparcamiento se nos hizo excesivo ya que nosotros viajamos en moto y nos cobraron 25 euros por día por moto aún estando tres o más motos en un solo cajón. Éramos un grupo y a otros les faltó agua en la habitación y a otro no le funcionó el Aire acondicionado. Sabemos que todo puede pasar pero el tema del estacionamiento si fue sorpresivo"

"Der Fön im Zimmer 366 war ok aber mehr nicht.
Im Zimmer 366 vermissten wir Handtuch-Halter-Heizkörper.
Von den Tageskosten für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz waren wir bei der Abreise überrascht - auf die wäre ich gerne beim Einchecken klar hingewiesen worden.
Toll war die tägliche Flasche Minerslwasser im Zimmer. Die Pools, die Außenliegen und der Saunabereich haben uns gefallen. Ebenso die verschiedenen Gastronomischen Einheiten. Ganz, ganz besonders begeistert hat uns das Extra-Restaurant...

"AC didn’t work, night 1 was terrible as it was way too warm. Had the window fully opened for night 2 and it wasnt so bad.
In the staffs defence we never informed them, but they were super helpful and friendly for all our interactions. Overall it was fine"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay.
To my surprise there was a massage chair...
