"We loved staying in this big old mansion and appreciating how they built them in the old days. Jim and Susie are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast each morning was tasty and delicious. We got to really appreciate how nice Cherry Valley was when we went downtown to Cooperstown one night. What a horrible tourist town. It was nice to get back to Cherry Valley. We were there for the Glimmerglass festival which is very close and only a few minutes away."

"What was unique about this property was that it sat in front of a beautiful running creek. It is all set up outside that you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound of the creek or maybe at night enjoy a fire.The house itself is beautiful, very cozy and inviting.
