"This property is beautiful and immaculate, living up to its description. Our host, TJ, was welcoming, thoughtful, and a trove of helpful tips for getting around and seeing LA. "Stayed for a week with 3 kids, didn't have any issues, it was in a safe neighborhood, the rooms are not like the pictures they have an older feel to them, but they were clean I give them a 6 out of 10."

"I was charged valet and odd charges for a 12 hr stay. Left at 5am from the loud noises from guests above. I went to the garage and drove away so no valet. Still disputing charges."

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"Expect to pay additional 10$ parking. If you’re staying more than one night there is no cleaning available u less you request it ahead. The bedsheets smells bad and not clran. The rooms smell bad and not clean. And it’s nit an Inn as there is no breakfast or any food ir water served. Staff do not care if you stay at the hitel or leave. They will tell you there are no rooms available even if there are. Also be aware they close the front desk 1-2 hours afternoon and you have to wait until they...

"Room 1120 was below average. Needs major renovation. The space in the unit is terrible. Make no sense to have a wall diving the living room and bedrooms. Very tight squeeze"
