"From a value for money point of view very poor. Rooms were large n spacious but NO Air-conditioning, plastic glasses, poor quality soap n shampoos no coffee machine just kettle and packet coffee no milk paid for parking yet not lit and at night can see your hand in front of your face Will not go again"

"This is truly a 5-star hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Room was clean and service is above par. Fruit basket (strawberries were heavenly) and chocolates as welcome gifts and daily refill on mini-bar (good selection of drinks and a special beer from Stuttgart—for those beer aficionados) are nice, thoughtful touches.
