Room was good size and looked modern. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not. The shower and bathroom was also of good size, however not many utensils provided. Parking in the garage was difficult to find when coming back in the evening. Overall a good hotel and stay.

Fantastic stay in a very modern hotel within walking distance of the Olympiastadion. Nice patio and bar area would absolutely stay there again.

Not enough staff at night around the bar area. In the daytime the bar area is closed off and nowhere for customers to sit, just open it up to allow people to sit and relax, crazy people sitting in stairs and the floor.

The hotel's amenities, including the bar and restaurant, exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, offering stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. We visited Munich for a holiday but also to see the 2 Metallica shows. The hotel was ideally situated as the underground was literally around the corner (we got to Marienplatz in 10 minutes, which was great as there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity) and the gig venue was only 1 stop away. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that let it down slightly for us was the very limited menu in the restaurant and the waiting staff weren't the cheeriest - especially at breakfast time. However, I would definitely stay here again.

All the hotel parking was taken by concert goers (the hotel is a 20 minute walk to a stadium), which is where I had to pay to park. The staff said there’s nothing they can do about the parking. I would suggest removing “free onsite parking at hotel” from the website. It should be for hotel guests only. The drinks were good. The food was terrible. The staff was kind enough. The room was adequate. But really, the parking issue was the main reason for this poor review.
