"Let me just start with the room, it was spacious it was modern it was quit, and clean! and beds were very comfortable, now the staff, staff is amazing quickly proceed our incoming and outgoing stay, The parking lot is safely lit and fenced in on the property. The check out time is a winner 11:00 am !! And the breakfast is amazing!!!"

"All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel location was premium and the amenities outside were cool. The hotel advertised they had a cafe and coffee shop but they do not. Also the resort fee is an extra cost with in my opinion no benefit, it is not a resort and paying that much to get free marshmallows packs for smores is extreme. There is no pool or resort amenities to warrant the cost addition. Our room was ok but it needs some serious maintenance, the shower handle completely fell off. Our first impression was a cranky, not...

"Staff was great and cared about guest experience. Breakfast selection was very poor for anyone who cannot have food containing gluten. The purported scrambled eggs seemed to be an unknown substitute. The only item I found I could eat was a mozzarella cheese stick which is not a sufficient breakfast."

"The rooms were complete crap. No ventilation in my room. There was no mini fridge or anything in the room. The room was extremely stuffy as well. The staff was nice and they cleaned the rooms really well. The overall condition of the property was bad. I understand it was older but they probably have mold spores "

"Check in was fast. Requested quiet room and got just that. Best sleep from a hotel in a long time. One of the elevators was down for maintenance, but only a minor inconvenience. Parking was convenient. No other amenities utilized. We will return."

"I really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Fisherman's Wharf.. within walking distance. Parking is only valet and it's $65 which is a bummer but it is what it is. Breakfast is good but even right at 630am it was crowded. Our room was 268 and the view was weird because there was a random empty concrete view of nothing...like no furniture nothing. It looks like they could possibly put a pool there but nope ...just concrete.a lot of action going on at this hotel. People in and out and sitting in...

"We loved this place! Fantastic staff. We got an upgrade to a really great suite. One of our fave suites ever. Great location. Only negative is all of the bathroom fans are hardwired on, they can’t be shut off. Weird, annoying choice. Other than that, loved it."

"Close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Golden Gate Bridge. Nice bed and good shower. Very small room but adequate. Nighttime outside noisy but on major street so to be expected. Overall pleased with our stay."
