"This is the very good hotel, in the hotel have everything what you want, but can not cook in this hotel. But, don't worry about that you xan borrow microwave in this hotel. So you can buy something in the market, and you can make some food with microwave. And then you can request to hotel for help you everything. Have a good swimming pool, good gym place, and good view. I am always look sunrise in the morning from my room"

"Room is clean but dated. Mattress should have been discarded a long time ago. Staff is friendly and efficien In helping customers. Parking is safe. Free breakfast is a plus but the food lacks taste. 7.5 or 8/10 max."

"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...

"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. "

"The Claremont felt like an educational experience with the history of the resort. I loved the property, the nature, the architecture. My only knock: the carpets need a steam cleaning, but California is dusty in general, so it’s not a bug knock. 10/10 will stay again!"

"Eveyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. The room was nice but the property was in the middle of a renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Other than that, I will definitely be booking there next time I'm in town."

"Cons: 1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected. 2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. We felt too uncomfortable to even sleep under the covers as well because of it. 3) The pillows are essentially air. We hit our heads up against the headboard a few...
