"Breakfast staff was great, and management was good. Room was not good. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Grout was missing on the floor. Looked like there was blood stains on the wall. Toilet seat had scratches like a dog was in the room."

I was charged a smokers fee and wasn't reimbursed for the time left as I was told.
