"Avoid this hotel unless this is your only option which was ours. There was only one man working, trying to check in, helping customers, answering phones, going to the hotels rooms to check on room conditions. He was doing literally EVERYTHING that came to his way, he was not friendly due to overwhelemed. It took us over an hour to check into the hotel, we were exhausted on waiting, even considered to leave our reservation. Our room was fine, nothing special, but the air conditioning did not work...

My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. However, the overall hotel could use a major upgrade. While the room offers tea, coffee, shampoo, and body wash, all of the cups were dirty and the bottle caps were broken.
