"Hotel elegante in bel quartiere ed in posizione centrale. Camera pulita, moderna e confortevole. In bagno purtroppo, come quasi sempre all’estero, manca il bidet! Personale gentile ed efficiente. Abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno al ristorante spagnolo dell’hotel, purtroppo non avendo più posto, seduti al bancone del bar, un po’ caro, ma cibo davvero eccellente. La colazione è un plus, veramente squisita! "

"The hotel was very good. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Brussels. It’s close to the city center and easy to get around. I definitely would use it again if I were to return to Brussels for sightseeing or shopping. The staff was generally friendly and helpful for the most part. "

"I have never seen before staff that is so helpfull and polite as the personal in this hotel. They offered us an upgrade and they even asked us if we would like to check out later than 12.00 without a charge. I have worked in a five star hotel and I have travel a little bit in my life but I have never seen this kindness from any other hotel staff. "
