Good hotel, some small remarks

Very friendly service, good amenities at hotel, good location. Not the best acoustics, could hear my neighbour snore, use toilet, their alarm in the morning. The hotel might need some freshening up. But in general a lovely stay, the place has everything you need.

Meets basic requirements - nice bed, good Wifi, good breakfast. And best feature is the central downtown location. But very expensive for a room with no closet and no bath (only shower). Water pot was not clean so I couldn't make tea.

The hotel is located very centrally in Leuven, and I stayed there many times in the past when it was Holiday Inn. Staff is very polite. The rooms are good with comfortable beds, and the breakfast equally good. However, the cleaning of the room was nearly non-existing. We had to ask two times over the 5 days stay just to get some clean towels. The cleaning of the room was not done more than one time during all the days.

Awesome location, city centre all at walking distance. Staff is great, nice and helpfull. We had breakfast, good and a lot of options but like fruits and vegetables were not always fresh or somtimes probably re-used. But overall good. Room was good, bed clean and very good. Overall state room and hotel can be better, like carpet stains and chairs with stains / broken fabric, but nothing serious. Location is awesome so that is most important.

This location seemed to be inside or near the university campus. Just outside the front door were 5 inexpensive but great restaurants inundated with students. All great food. Clearly we were in the right place!
