Self check in, no phone support. No desk to work.

No desk to work, despite place available. Self check-in only, phone support always busy, if you have problem to check-in or if you lose you keycard, be prepared to sleep in your car outside.

No good for disabled as beds are only 2 inches off the floor made entered the room at 7:45 am without knocking as I was taking a shower absolutely disgraceful. She also had a child with it and I think this is totally unacceptable. Definitely avoid at all costs very noisy of a night felt like sleeping in the university campus.

Poor service and untrustful booking system

We have received the receipt for 2 rooms, once we came there where only 1 room! Impossible to get in contact with anyone and when we did they promised to call back, which they never did.

Big problems to get in to your room

I have booked this Hotel via Hotel.com, but to check in by your self you need a the booking no. from 24Seven Hotel. Only problem is you do only recieve this booking no. from Hotel.com. And since you can not call any one at 24Seven, you have a big problem. If you call 24Seven you just talk with a crazy robote that can not help with any thing.

Never again 24Seven Hotel !!!

Auto-check-in app malfunctioned and wouldn't read my passport or driver's license. It also wouldn't accept my Hotels.com confirmation. And the hotel's support phone number just answered and then hung up, no way to leave a message. I wrote an email about my inability to get in and after three days had received no answer. Etc., etc., etc,.. will never stay in any of their hotels again. The mattresses swayed so deeply that it felt luke a hammock. Incredibly bad experience.

The automatic check in took about 40 minutes! The machine did not work well, card payment service was on and off and therefore it created a queue of customers. The hotel emergency phone was picking up random phone calls, for example it never picked mine. There was a bad smell inside the room coming from the shower, also because shower and the sink are literally in the same space as the bed. Not enough lighting to shave decently. No airconditioning. DTV not working. No chair. No reception, no breakfast service. Only an automatic machine half empty: of course under maintenance at 8:30 in the morning... impossible even to get water. Bad for whatever price, terrible if I think I much I did even pay.

Es gibt nur einen Automaten zum Einchecken. Wenn man Glück hat kommt die Karte für Zimmer heraus. Auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen per Mail bekommt man keine Rechnung. Also nicht geeignet für Geschäftsreisen. Betten sind so weich und durchgelegen. Mich sehen sie dort nie wieder.

Bzgl. Sauberkeit: auf den ersten Blick sauber im Detail jedoch sehr unhygienisch gereinigt. Schmutz-/Putzstreifen an TV, Fenster, Oberflächen...WC starker Uringeruch. Betten....das schlechteste seit Jahren, extrem weiche Matratzen. Rechnung trotz Anforderung nicht erhalten...keine Option eine Firmenadresse einzugeben...keine Rezeption vorh. bzw. keinen Ansprechpartner erreicht.

Nie wieder!

Von Hotels.com keine Reservierungsnummer bekommen, Automat erkennt meinen österreichischen Personalausweis nicht, hier ist sogar die KI bei der Servicenummer unfreundlich. Zimmer verdreckt, vom Fitnessstudio bis in die Nacht extremer Lärm. Keine Konsole oder Tisch um noch arbeiten zu können. Für den Fernseher braucht es ein Programierstudium.

Bon hôtel chambre propre et sympathique. Parking tres grand et gratuit mais entre le restaurant et la salle de sport diffide trouver une place jusqu'à 22h. Grande télé mais compliqué de paramétrer les chaînes. L'enregistrement est un peu laborieux, il faut absolument une carte d'identité récente . Sinon sans le vrai numéro de réservation c'est une nuit a la belle étoile.

Positiv: - Zimmer war sauber. - Gute und ruhige Lage. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant. - Parken vor der Türe möglich, es gibt ausreichend Plätze. Negativ/Verbesserungswürdig - es ist nirgends angegeben, dass es ein ONLINE HOTEL ist - es gibt keine Rezeption d. h. das angeblich mehrsprachige Personal ist ein Check-In Automat mit Auswahl mehrerer Sprachen - der Automat stand im Eingangsbereich völlig im Dunklen, nicht mal das Licht ging an als ich reinkam also musste ich mit der Taschenlampe leuchten, um zu sehen was ich da machen muss, weil natürlich der Bildschirm so hell ist, dass man nichts anderes erkennt. - der Automat war zu langsam bei der Annahme der Eingaben. - Rechung: man bekommt nur ein Kassenzettel als Zahlbeleg. Wenn es schon so kontaktlos und digital ist, sollte es auch möglich sein, dass man eine Rechnung mit einer gesonderten Rechnungsadresse erstellen kann. Das habe ich über den Expedia-Chat nachgefordert, das kam dann sehr schnell. - Statt eines Fernsehers hätte ich lieber einen Tisch und einen Stuhl gehabt, da es da nichts gab. - Die Garderobe bestand aus zwei Haken, einer war lose, mehr Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen gab es nicht. - Für Geschäftsreisen meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet.

Niemand erreichbar im Notfall

Es gibt kein Personal außer die Reinigungskraft. Verstandigung mit der Reinigungskraft war nur über Google Translator möglich. Mein Neffe hat beim Auschecken sein Handy im Zimmer vergessen. Bis 18:00 am Sonntag war niemand zu erreichen um das Zimmer noch einmal zu öffnen. Unmöglich bei einem 24/7 Hotel ohne Personal vor Ort. Ausserdem war das Bett viel zu weich. Das war weicher als mein Wasserbett. Man ist regelrecht darin versunken. Jeder unserer Gruppe hat über Rücken schmerzen geklagt.

Für eine Nacht ganz okay

Check-In am Terminal hat einwandfrei geklappt. Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers zweckmäßig. Etwas sehr staubig Offene Dusche, Badezimmer und Spiegel schlecht beleuchtet. Matratzen sind eine Zumutung. Bessere Hängematten.
