"amazing location"

"Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."

"Was contacted through app. Great communication to check in and out. Found process very simple. Staff mostly speak French. They were great to try English, as that is all I can speak (used translate app when needed, but rarely needed). Stayed in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. 17th floor. Used pool daily. Son used exercise room. Laundry in room ended up being very useful. Very close to many restaurants. We walked to the Jazz fest, old Montreal and underground city. All 30 min walk or less. Great stay"
