"Location, great. It was very clean but the outside stairs and walkway were not kept up at all. Hosts were very nice and helpful. But we had issues with the lights flickering the entire night. Oven did not work and no amenities in the bathroom. Plus side, we had a store close to buy our own. The pull out couch is really just a couch. My college daughter was fine it. Would I come back to stay,no. Did I regret my stay, no. The good outweighed the bad"

"The view was beautiful. There was a strong sewer smell in the shower that was almost unbearable. We loved Luzern and the property is located in an excellent area of the city. Just be prepared for it to be extremely hot (no AC) but that’s common for Europe. The directions said to access the property for the back side but there is an entrance from the lake side as well"

"Great value for money. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small downside was that there was still a slight smell from recent renovations. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it to other travellers."
