When we booked the hotel we didn’t expect dinner to be included but both breakfast and dinner was part of the booking. The restaurant staff was so helpful and friendly and accommodated us with all our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Dolomites again

Soggiorno deludente in montagna

Arrivati in hotel (in Italia) siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo che non sapeva nemmeno parlare e comprendere la lingua italiana. Chiavi consegnate senza nemmeno indicare le stanze o fornire qualsiasi altra informazione riguardante l'hotel e i suoi servizi. Entrati nelle stanze, queste erano sporche e polverose, evidentemente non pulite, inoltre la porta della camera non si chiudeva dall'interno. Recandoci nella sala giochi abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio vivo, a pancia all'aria, nel pianerottolo attiguo alla sala da pranzo. Avvisato il personale, che non ha preso nessun provvedimento, abbiamo ritrovato lo scarafaggio ancora lì la mattina successiva. Ristorazione mediocre con presenza di piatti e sedie sporche, errori al tavolo (organizzazione e bevande). Inoltre personale impreparato sul cibo servito. Hotel complessivamente sporco con diversi insetti morti (mosche, api, ecc) non rimossi e scale macchiate. Insetti morti presenti anche vicino al tavolo da pranzo. Infine, hanno cercato di farci pagare una persona in più.

Week end in Valle Aurina

La cena in hotel non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Non c’ erano alternative nel secondo piatto, i dessert erano insufficienti rispetto al numero degli ospiti in sala. La cena si serve dalle 18.30 alle 20, noi siamo arrivati alle 19.10, alle 20 i dessert erano terminati. Abbiamo aspettato fino alle 20.30 per vedere se ne portavano altri e invece non è stato portato nulla. Trovo la cosa in qualificabile! La colazione era un po’ misera nelle quantità, non c’ erano torte biscotti e fette biscottate; molto bassa la qualità delle brioches. La sala da pranzo si presenta bene e il personale gentile e disponibile,in abito tirolese concorre a rendere piacevole l’ atmosfera. Bisogna curare di più il menu... Camera molto ampia, vecchiotta ma confortevole. Bagno da rifare!

Hotel pulito e confortevole

Soggiorno piacevole, cibo buono, camera spaziosa, pulita, ma bagno piccolo e poco accogliente. Struttura nel complesso un po' vecchiotta ma tenuta bene. Posizione non proprio ottimale per passeggiate o sport invernali, bisogna spostarsi con mezzi pubblici o propri.

non rispettosi del cliente

dal momento che non ho potuto sogiornare per cambio di albergo e vi ho gia mandato una mail sul vostro sito, non posso valutare tale albergo anche perche non si sono degnati di avisarmi del cambio pertanto ritengo che non ci sia stata nessuna attenzione verso il cliente, oltre tutto avendo pagato con la mia personale carta di credito gia dal 28/02/2015 ritengo vergognoso che la direzione di un hotel non prenda in considerazione che bastaba poco per farci contenti
