"Good centrally located hotel. Short walk to the main Train station. Short Uber ride from the airport or by train. Friendly front desk reception. Front desk person “Syed” was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Very cool reception at the cocktail bar and breakfast room entrance. Bartender “Chin” was very friendly and made good drinks. Very chill vibe hotel and good location for exploring. Staff multilingual and pleasant."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
