"room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 hour room service" as we were told in the description of the room - and by the guy at the front desk - but when we phoned, they said they were too busy at the bar and room service was off. when we went downstairs to get some food and a drink, there was only about 2 tables with people in the whole bar and they clearly weren't busy at all, just lazy. overall very disappointed and want my money back. I booked this place for valentines day because it was advertised as fancy and romantic but it was shabby and underwhelming. if I'd known what we were gonna get, I would've just booked a hostel and probably had a better experience for about half the money."

"Nice hotel. Good bed, view and breakfast. Very quiet for a busy part of Berlin. Room just needed a really good deep clean and the bathroom had black mould between the wall and floor. The same with the grout between the tiles - I wiped some of it off just out of curiosity with one of their towels and it came straight off so with a bit of effort the room would be spotless. I didn’t bring it up to management. I would still return to it though. "
