Its entrance was behind the main building. The environment is unkempt and littered. The wall between the 2 tower rooms is so thin that you can clearly hear the conversations in the next room. This is very confusing. The room is dark, the ceiling height is low. There is no wifi in the room."

"We stayed at this property for one night in Aug 2024! Beautiful hotel with a huge pool! However, we arrived at 12pm and they didn’t let us use the pool until we officially checked in at 3pm. It was a little annoying trying to fill the 3 hour gap. There is a local beach just 3 minutes away that had good pizza! The town nearby was so cute and vibey but finding a taxi in this area was nearly impossible. Would stay here again. "

"Passé 4 nuits en juin dans la suite. Logement parfait. Bon equipement. Tres propre. Vue superbe sur la campagne. Calme, reposant. Situation parfaite pour visiter l' ouest de la sicile, avec un retour au calme le soir, au milieu des vignes et oliviers, avec la piscine pour se detendre. Petit dejeuner excellent avec produits locaux artisanaux. Tres proche de Partanna pour restaurants dont Roberto vous donne la liste. Merci a lui et son equipe. "Service könnte verbessert werden. Teilweise könnte die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, sowie auch an der Vergesslichkeit beim bestellen gearbeitet werden. Auch wenn wir das Ungleichgewicht in der Behandlung von Kunden wir vermuten, dass die schon öfters da waren besser behandelt und bevorzugt werden. Dies gilt aber nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern."
