They kindly upgraded us to a downstairs room at no extra cost after finding out my dad has difficulty with stairs, which we really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture. "Parking tight as motel was full. Close to casino and town. TV options poor. Says SKY but very limited. Staff noisy around 7:30am. No consideration if you want a sleep in. "
