"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. RATS ate through our luggage. Our room wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay. Bed had bugs in it and the staff didn’t do anything. The cleaners were actually nice to come help us. Told them I have a dust allergy and they ignored it. There was SO many mosquitos I got bit badly. Worst hotel ever, rather sleep on the streets. The service is ridiculous. Came from England and luckily moved to imperial palace, or my India trip would have been ruined. Luckily i didn’t get sick"

"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. Consider sound proofing the room windows as there is a lot of noise from outside with vehicles horning all day and night (helps with good nights rest). For breakfast consider adding scrambled eggs in addition to the traditional cuisine and perhaps a coffee machine to give a broader option for hot drinks. Other than that my stay was ok."

"Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. "
