"Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"

"Very nice hotel, but be wary. They charged extra destination fees that were not included in the Expedia price. This directly goes against the new rules set out in 2024 by the Federal Trade Commission. "Everything was perfect. A fun way to use a room in the heart of Boston. You feel like a resident. The room is like an apartment in one of the beautiful townhouse apartment buildings in the area. Absolutely wonderful. Great location, too. Staff was super helpful and I highly recommend this. "
