"My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room."

"I was a little nervous to stay here because of the polar opposite reviews, but my stay was excellent! Hotel was super clean, staff was nice, location couldn’t be beat. Now the outside has an “older” appearance but the inside seems to have been recently renovated. My only issue was the bathroom, I’m 5’5” and it was cramped in there and the shower head was just at the top of my head and the toilet was very close to the wall. The rest of the room was spacious though. I didn’t have the breakfast so...

"The rooms were nicely sized and contained a large TV and nicely appointed bathrooms. The restaurant is convenient and the service at that restaurant (Yard House) had excellent service and good food. Location is great - at the center of the city and close to the Commons. Air Conditioning worked well. The negatives are not significant but here they are. First, the staff does not answer phones at front desk - it is a recording that has robochat. Not good. An obvious cost-saving measure that...
