"Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"

"Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston. The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot."

Comfortable beds with very large rooms The only complaint I have is that you can only get one pound of ice if you want more you’re charged 3.00 for a 5 pound bag which is really ridiculous. They should just get an ice machine to keep the guests happy and not have to pay for frozen water. Otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend it "
