"The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking.
Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so.

"beautiful hotel and location
*we reserved a "Sea View room", with TWO (2) beds, SPECIFICALLY, and our room ONLY had ONE Bed, and when we asked for a proper room / additional bed, we got a rollaway bed, and they wanted to charge us an ADDIONAL $18.00/night???
We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!!

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Oh my - this place is AWESOME. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Staff and Owners are super nice and beyond accomidating. We were upgraded without asking. Owner is also a chef who cooked up some awesine lasagne for dinner for us. Great pool, a billiard table and tons of private seating areas in the garden. Can’t go wrong here."
