Staff were friendly and professional, also we were able to store our bags after check out so we could get out & about before heading to the airport. Good value for money. If I stay again I would just bring some ear plugs as the street can be quite noisy throughout the night (not from patrons but vehicles etc). "

"No-one at reception to assist with check in, front door locked, Waited 30 mins before i called the hotel, previously tried calling the afterhours number with no answer. Staff turned up and we were checked in. Room was tidy but needed more attention to corners particularly in the corners of the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible!"

The staff was very knowledgeable, speaking several languages and able to provide assistance when looking for things like a pharmacy or grocery."

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "
