"Pretty standard holiday inn express with the regular breakfast. It was randomly busy, I think there was a birthday party or family get together. Lots of kids running wild. Everything was generally fine EXCEPT there was a broken exit door that everyone just let slam. We were right on the end and heard it bang every few minutes until about 11 pm. Then it was about every 30 minutes, just long enough to start falling asleep and then be reawoken. I don't know what was going on that people needed to keep going in and out all night. The hotel should have just closed off the door. They knew something was wrong because they warned us there were issues with the door, but said it was the keypad. Definitely wouldn't stay here again."
