"There was a sign by the elevator stating that the kitchen was closed on July 3rd to give their staff time to spend with their families. Huh? If that’s their priority, then I’ll be staying elsewhere when I come into town for a holiday."

"My Stay was good. Location was good. Clean hotel. I wasn't aware they charge $10/night for parking but just FYI. Breakfast every morning. Cleaned the room. However, didn't leave clean towels. Besides that everything was good and staff friendly."

"The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime."

"Love this hotel so much, 5 pools, tons of kid-friendly activities daily. Hot tubs! Restaurant service definitely could use some serious help and training, very unprofessional and we preferred ordering to-go and eating in our room. Bar was good and bar tenders were great. Minus the restaurant 10/10 this was our second time and we will be back for next year for sure."
