"Nice convenient downtown location. Room was ok, however, PLEASE invest in new pillows! Staff not very helpful, the bar/restaurant needs staff to accommodate the guests. You are better off leaving the hotel for breakfast. Not enough staff to help serve. Don’t plan on a late night snack or drink after 10pm if you are returning to the hotel after an event the bar will be closed."

"My stay here about a month ago was great. Stayed here to attend the collect-A-Con, which was within a short driving distance (Scottsdale West World) and at a great price. The staff was great also, especially the lady at the morning complimentary breakfast. Kudos to her, she was very helpful when I asked questions on the food options and even had some friendly conversation. Would recommend if looking for a weekend stay with friendly staff."
