"We booked a room with a king size bed. All king size rooms have outside entrances. Wasn't great, but was clean. Staff was not super friendly. 2nd night we returned to our room to find water coming in under the wall, floor was wet. They moved us to another room, which, of course involved packing, moving and unpacking at 11:30 at night. I expected a refund of some sort. At checkout, I was told that they would talk to manager and let me know. Said they'd call me in about an hour. Never called. Bad customer service. Won't got here again and won't recommend to others either."
