"Mostly it was good. It's a quirky place, a little older, but very clean and well-maintained. The tea time was fun, the breakfast was adequate, not great. We stayed three nights and at least one day, our room was never made up, even though we were out every day pretty early. When I went to the front desk to complain and explain that we needed towels, there was no apology, and they just handed me some towels. Oh well."

"Well, after checking in, I was initially assigned a room where the sheets contained lots of hair, which to me looked like pubic hair. I typically inspect the bedding immediately upon entering a room, and this particular instance was quite disgusting. However, the front desk attendant was exceptionally helpful and promptly swiched me to a room directly across the hall, which fortunately had clean sheets. Overall, the room was quite adequate for a one-night stay."

"The interior of the rooms is old and worn. Hopefully the updated lobby is a sign that the rooms are scheduled to be updated next. Housekeeping is questionable as one of my pillowcases had a stain and the sheets smelled like hand lotion. Told the front desk about the stain and was told they would make housekeeping aware but that was the only effort made to make it right."
