"Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all."

"The room was adequate but the conditioner and body wash were empty. The staff was unhelpful when we arrived early, we were told there would be an extra charge or, we could wait. She did not offer to hold our bags or suggest any tourist sites to explore or restaurants we could grab a bite to eat. In the morning, my daughter had to leave for a competition before breakfast was served. We asked for a banana or yogurt and the front desk clerk very rudely told us that breakfast wasn't for another 20...

"The stay was ok. I usually don’t mind Quality Inn’s and have stayed in other ones in different cities. But this location was not kept very clean, just can tell they’re not cleaning properly or getting everything wiped down in the rooms. The change rooms in the swimming pool were also filthy my husband noticed. Another issue was our card did not work to get back in our room after getting dinner and we had to keep walking back 3 times to the main desk until the staff finally came to look at it...

"Nice view from room. Need to update chairs in room. Add more comfortable chairs and decorate, paint and just make it look more inviting. Paint was new but it needed to be scraped and repainted as it was lifting off. I know this sounds petty but it is such a nice place and just up grading would make a huge difference. Water bottles, things to do in area, just some interesting touches and this would be a five star."

"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."
