"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. "Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed."

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"

Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in.
