"The setup of this property is troublesome for those with disabilities. My family of 7 required a family suite. The only family suites available are on the second floor, with no elevator access. Not a great fit when you have a child/children who have problems with stairs. It is also frustrating that the rooms specifically for larger parties, who will most likely have more luggage, are only available on the second floor."

"We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. Above the spa the glass dome was broken above our heads so we were nervous that it would break more and fall on us. The pool was definitely not heated and was as cold as ice. "Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent."

"The room was very outdated,"

"Filthy rooms. The soles of my feet were black from the filthy floors. No amenities. Breakfast was a joke... Crushed tiny muffins. Maintenance was non-existent, no hot water in either bathroom sink, one with a broken HW handle (plastic innards!!) and the other never got hot. We reviewed 3 rooms and all 3 had broken bathtubs. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
