"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! "Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The...

"The bed was very comfortable, however, did not sleep well because the people above me were banging chairs and running on the ceiling until after midnight and the people in the room immediately next-door to me were having sexual relations with the bed creaking against the wall between 3 and 4 AM. The check-in was awkward down the street which made it difficult to navigate with baggage and no one to help with the baggage."
