The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. "I reserved a condo with a “private beach” AS ADVERTISED. when we arrived at the beach, we were approached by a man named Lee. He said we were trespassing on their “private beach” and said we needed to go to the public beach. I contacted the Panhandle Getaway right away and they confirmed that yes, we are to use a public beach. This is false advertising. "Fantastic Resort, Beautiful Location, pricey at $700-800/ Night. Staff is exceptional. Attention to detail impressive Restaurant FOOW is just average food, mediocre service / beachfront/ stunning location Beach chairs at $100/ day is excessive. We will stay again "

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment.
