"Great budget friendly hotel on the beach! I had an excellent stay! The beach was on point. Nice tiki bar by the pool, friendly staff, coffee and water in the lobby. The room is worn and the mattress was hard . But it’s clean . Parking is limited by room. We had to park across the street. Close to pier park and restaurants. I would stay here again."

"This room had no phone, the coffee machine had no coffee pot and the beds were horrible. The electricity went off mins after I arrived. I felt very unsafe staying here so I went to another hotel. I tried to get a refund, but they said they could not give me one. I would not recommend this place for anyone."

"Do not go by the pictures of the property it’s not accurate. The rooms are poorly furnished. Patio had Cobb webs & the tubs were horrible! Staff was not friendly."

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again."

"I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I saw cockroaches and left immediately. I did not stay or sleep there because the room was unacceptable. On top of that, they refused to refund my money. Very disappointing experience."
