"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"The hotel is reasonable priced. It is older no updates but fairly clean. The problem was that the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. I informed the front desk the response was that they were trying to find a company to repair it. It had not bee working on arrival and was not repaired upon check out. Very disappointed. Should not be charging a resort fee or at least lower the price. "

"To start the view is Amazing 100% The Room is horrible smells like mold floors are super dirty bathroom hairs all over the place , shower drain not working, bed was okay clean couch was dirty smell like trash and cigarettes . Walk to the beach is nice "

"Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"My stay here was excellent! It was a very short getaway with family located in the perfect area. Close to restaurants, shopping places and the beach. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was able to check in early. Breakfast was nice and my drink from the bar was on point 👍. I definitely recommend and I definitely will be returning. Oh, the rm was very very clean, most importantly. "Good option for staying a few days in PCB. Near everything. Room was very spacious and had everything needed for a longer stay( stove, fridge, cookware, dishwasher). Very good value for the price paid. Definitively satying again"
