"This is a clean, newly renovated place. It is very conveniently located to almost all of the attractions in Newport. While there is no view (I wasn't expecting one) the place was neat, & clean. In all honesty, because of the price, this was a much nicer place than I thought I would find. We stayed 6 nights, & there was nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The view was fantastic. Amenities all checked out. The walk is about a mile to old town Newport. Great for healthy walkers but a bit of a walk for others. We did not use the pool but it looked great when we walked through it to check out the docks. Staff was great. Kitchen had most everything we needed...everything you would expect. Would definitely come back!"

"Great location but little beach access close by. King bed was comfortable. Room and building out dated and had some carpet coming up, not great shower but for the price it wasn't bad. Close to hear places to eat in walking distance."
