"When we checked into the hotel, we noticed that one of the two elevators was out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. At the time, it seemed like a minor inconvenience, and we were otherwise enjoying our stay.
However, when we returned later, we discovered that the second elevator was also not working—leaving the hotel with no functioning elevators at all. This created a difficult situation for my children and me, as we were tired and had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor.
This experience was frustrating and could have been handled better with clear communication and a contingency plan for guests. While we appreciated other aspects of the stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience."
